Our permanent timber dance floor measured 10m x 5m and is perfect for dancing the night away! In addition, our portable stage pieces can be used to elevate your bridal party or guest speaker to allow great viewing from all angles of the room.

The Colebee offers complementary use of our in house audio and visual technology. You will have access to a lectern, microphones, two 75-inch LED screens, our indoor and outdoor sound system and free WI-FI (for corporate events only) throughout the venue to keep you connected.

For evening functions, you can choose a conventional lighting option or add splashes of colour with our LED colour changeable ceiling and feature lighting options unique to your event vision or brand colours. 

Free guest parking is available directly behind the venue for 160 vehicles. Wedding cars, hearses and other limousine services can drive up to the main entrance at the front of the venue.

Whether you’re planning a formal event or a want a more casual and relaxed feel, our stylists will present different options to choose from. Then sit back and relax while our stylist brings your vision to life.

Alternatively, you’re welcome to bring in your own event stylist or style the space yourself. 

We work with trusted local business suppliers to help create a perfect event and memorable day for you and your guests.

Our recommended florist, photographer, stylist or DJ will provide a quotation for your consideration. We do not charge a surcharge or percentage on top of the supplier’s quote.
